How to make Butterbeer at home

To start, make the butterscotch sauce by melting unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in butterscotch syrup until fully combined. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until smooth and slightly thickened. Cool slightly before using.

In another saucepan, warm the cream soda over medium-low heat without boiling, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, and fold in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

After heating the cream soda, take it off the heat. Gently add the butterscotch sauce while stirring constantly to blend it in. Ensure thorough mixing to evenly spread the flavors.

Serve and enjoy

When ready to serve, pour the Butterbeer into cups or glasses, making sure to leave room for the whipped cream on top. Finish each serving with a generous amount of vanilla-flavored whipped cream.

To add an extra element of luxury, pour some more butterscotch syrup over the whipped cream before presenting. Cheers!
